이라크(IQ) – BASRA 지역 서비스 중지
이라크 BASRA 지역의 시위대와 이라크군간 충돌로 인해, 2018 9월 5일부로 추후 공지시까지 BASRA 지역 배송이 중지됩니다.
일본 – 태풍 제비
태풍 제비로 인해 현재 KIX Airport 가 복구되지 않은 상태이며 이로 인하여 업무가 진행되지 않고 있습니다.
모든 물품은 NRT Airport로 전달되며 이로 인하여 물량이 증대되고 있어 진행이 지연되고 있다고 합니다.
현재 일본지역으로 발송되는 물품이 system 상 update및 배송이 지연되고 있는 점 이해 부탁 드리며
발송 시 참고하여 진행 부탁 드립니다.
Due to typhoon hit Japan on September 4th, KIX airport UPS facility is currently closed, and there is no UPS employee there. There is no clear forecast for when airport facility will be re-open and when UPS can start operation.
For recovery, all import shipment is currently diverted to NRT airport. Due to capacity & capability challenges, this shipment is currently under processing custom clearance or waiting for custom clearance process. It may take at least 1-2 days (or even more) to process and release. We are trying our best but cannot tell when it will be released at this moment.
